Anete Colacioppo                                      

Anete Colacioppo is an actress, an interdisciplinary artist working at the intersection of movement, language, and society, a theater educator, and a Feldenkrais teacher. Since 2015, she has directed the Acker Stadt Palast in Berlin, which she co-founded. In her work, she combines her many years of artistic practice with a deep foundation in educational and somatic approaches. In Brazil, she studied and worked with Antunes Filho, one of the most influential directors in Latin American theater, particularly from the 1970s to the 1990s. She earned an M.A. in Theater Education at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK), where she was also introduced to the Feldenkrais Method. She subsequently completed the four-year, accredited Feldenkrais training program. She teaches Feldenkrais and “Feldenkrais & Acting.” In the field of theater and performance, she focuses on collaborative practices, non-hierarchical forms of organization, and performative explorations of themes such as violence, belonging, and perception.
